Hello!  I’m Gideon.  I am looking for a house with a lot of room and a nice yard because I am a very active pup.  I must warn you though I love giving wet sloppy kisses and cuddling when play time is over and nap time begins.  I get along great with other dogs kids and though I have never met one in person I would probably like cats also.

Let’s cut to the chase (get it chase like in a mouse) I am a selfish girl who wants you all to myself.  That means no other cats, however I will tolerated dogs.  I consider myself a Diva won’t turn down a warm and lap and some ear scratching.  I am declawed so you won’t have to worry about me shredding any of your nice furniture.  I have been at the WAHS for over a year and would really like a place to call my own.

I was brought to the shelter by my owner through the Humane Officer because I could no longer be cared for.  O have what they call an OCD in the kennel and won’t stop playing with my own tail.  A forever home would be great or even a foster Mom or Dad while I am waiting for my forever home.  Anything to distract me from my tail obsession.  Did I mention I am housebroken and love to give kisses.

I am very affectionate, love to play and of course handsome. When I came to the shelter I was already declawed.  I get along great with other cats.  The people here don’t know how I am around dogs but being the lovable guy that I am, I don’t see a problem.

12 weeks Beagle Mix.  Kara was born in foster care at the WAHS.  Her mother, Daisy was brought in as a stray by the dog warden pregnant.  Kara and her 4 siblings were born in foster care and returned to the shelter when they were 8 weeks old available for adoption.  Kara’s mom and her siblings have already been adopted.  Kara is the last of the litter looking for her forever home.  Kara is an active Puppy who loves to play with other dogs.  She is in the process of learning how to potty outside but will need a little bit of work want s she goes home.  She is learning the command sit.  Kara’s adoption fee is $150.00 she is current on all of her vaccines, spayed, and micro chipped.
