That's an EXCELLENT question! Happy to help, just follow these very simple steps!
1) Don't suck.
3) Continue to not suck.
4) DO NOT SWEAR in your song or provide a clean edit. If you swear, I'm not going to play it, because I like my job more than I like your band.
5) Be of radio quality. What does this mean? Compared to the rest of your CD collection, does it sound like crap? If yes, then don't send it. If you can't tell, then God have mercy on you...and me.
6) Email me your MP3 at abby@wxdx.com. Include your band name (yes some people really don't), song title, album, release date, band website, and any upcoming shows.
**Please note, when I say "send an MP3," I don't mean send two, three, or eight friggin' songs. Just one song, please. I also don't give a crap about your eleven minute opus. Keep it under five minutes. Otherwise, you'll junk up my email and then I'll hate you for life.**
