PITTSBURGH – The Steelers signed rookie free agent wide receiver C.J. Goodwin, the team announced today.

Goodwin (6-3, 190) played collegiately at Fairmont State in 2012 and then transferred to California University (Pa.) in 2013. He recorded 11 receptions for 126 yards with one receiving touchdown for the Vulcans in 2013. In 2012, Goodwin had a team-best 18.3 yards per reception for the Fighting Falcons.
